Shipping transit times are typically 1-2 business days, and I do my best to have your order delivered the day after it ships. However, in rare scenarios, unforeseen delays may occur due to carrier issues or other circumstances beyond my control. I am also not responsible for any errors in the delivery information provided to during the checkout process. Please review your entered information carefully.

If you select pickup at checkout, you will receive additional instructions after completing your purchase, including the pickup location address and details. The pickup date and time will be noted during checkout, and you must be available to pick up your order during this window. All cookies are baked fresh the morning of your pickup day to ensure the best quality and taste.

All cookies contain gluten, butter, and eggs. I take care to keep ingredients separate, but cross-contamination is possible. Some flavours contain tree nuts, peanuts, and other allergens, and while I do my best to prevent cross-contact, I cannot guarantee a nut-free environment. If you have a nut allergy, please use caution when ordering, as my cookies may not be the best option for you.
