Do you ship cookies?

Yes, I now offer ONTARIO-WIDE SHIPPING!

At Cici’s Sweets, I believe fresh is best! That’s why all cookies are baked the same day they are shipped and individually wrapped to maintain freshness.

Shipping transit times are typically 1-2 business days, and I do my best to have your order delivered the day after it ships. However, in rare scenarios, unforeseen delays may occur due to carrier issues or other circumstances beyond my control. I am not responsible for any errors in the delivery information provided during the checkout process. Please review your entered information carefully.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to keep an eye on its journey. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach out!

How do pick-ups work?

FREE pick-up is available at checkout. To select this option, head to checkout and proceed to enter your contact information (i.e. address). This appears under the "delivery" section, but don't worry, there will be a pick-up option later. Once you input your address, scroll to "SHIPPING METHOD". You will see a pick-up option here.

You will receive additional pick-up instructions after completing your purchase, including the pickup location address and details. The pickup date and time will be noted during checkout, and you must be available to pick up your order during this window. All cookies are baked fresh the morning of your pickup day to ensure the best quality and taste.

I have an allergy, can I safely eat your cookies?

All cookies contain gluten, butter, and eggs. I take care to keep ingredients separate, but cross-contamination is possible. Some flavours contain tree nuts, peanuts, and other allergens, and while I do my best to prevent cross-contact, I cannot guarantee a nut-free environment. If you have a nut allergy, please use caution when ordering, as my cookies may not be the best option for you.
